Military Lolita

First of all, I really love the way you coloured her hair. The sparkles and the colours remind me of the brilliant galaxy we see at night! The background you chose also continued that Star theme, and I love it! Her expression is really lively too, and you can just feel how Tsundere she is. However, I found some problems with the anatomy of the drawing. Her waist seems to slender in abruptly which makes it look unnatural. Maybe try a softer and less straight line next time for a more natural look? Also, her right (Or left arm from our perspective) arm is too straight. I would suggest making the top part of the arm bigger than the bottom next time. The hands are also too straight. I don't see the joints on her knuckles. The left hand looks fine, but the right hand is just too straight.
Overall, I loved your colouring and her expressions. The dress is also beautiful, and very clean. I hope to see more works from you in the future! And good luck practicing more anatomy. I'm still working on mine too...
